IDO rules regarding Stage Props in Tap Dance

Question: How are the IDO rules regarding the use of Stage Props in Tap Dance? I have looked through the Tap Rules, but have not found any mention of Stage Props.
Stage Props are permitted in Show Dance, Acrobatics/Gymnastics, Ballet, Character/Folk and Modern under GENERAL PROVISIONS 1.

Bill’s answer: Hand and stage props are allowed in tap. We have had everything from a set of stairs to a complete set of drums on stage e.g. the Swiss Pirates of the Caribbean with a whole ship. The guideline to use is this: "If it is not prohibited, it is acceptable."
