Bill's answer: Ordinarily a dancer must go through their National Member federation to dance in an IDO competition. Since IDO does not have a member organization from Cyprus, you may apply directly to the Presidium, through me, to participate.

We recently received an inquiry from a school in Cyprus to become a contact person for Cyprus, but their membership is pending and if they do become a contact member, you would have to apply through them.
