The International Dance Organizationís year in 2019 summer season saw the quieter of months in the IDO competition calendar but with a historic cultural exchange in Colombia. Here are some highlights of IDOís 2019 between July and September 2019:

The International Dance Organisation was delighted to be part of the World Salsa Festival in Cali, Colombia. IDOís participation at the Festival is as a result of an exchange signed by way of contract between the Authorities at Santiago de Cali and the IDO. Simone Sanfilippo Tabo, Serena Mesa, Matteo Ghigo, Federica Giaco, IDO Vice-Presidentís Dr Klaus Hollbacher and Edilio Pagano represented IDO at the 5-day festival. As part of the exchange, Valerie Echeverry y Jonathan Arrechea from Colombia would participate at the IDO World Salsa, Bachata and Merengue Championships, in November in Genova, Italy.

IDO China signed a paper with the Government of Jinshan Province / Shanghai with regards to legalizing the federation under Chinese laws and IDO President Michael Wendt visited the 15th Anniversary of Tap United in Andover, United States of America.

The IDO official competitions continued in Czech Republic, whilst Sun City, South Africa was the host to the IDO Grand Prix and IDO Commonwealth Dance Games. The PR Team also continued to promote IDO by celebrating its birthday and celebrating World Peace Day, both in September.
